His analytical mind and problem-solving skills have not only made him an asset in the engineering field but have also fueled his passion for supporting organizations that aim to make a difference.

As a co-founder of GMG, David is committed to turning vision into action. David plays a crucial role in refining processes and ensuring that the organization runs smoothly, leveraging his engineering expertise to streamline operations and improve client outreach.
Sarah Gillman B.A.H PMP

Graduating with honors in Business Administration and a focus on non-profit management from Tyndale University, Sarah thrives on turning dreams into reality. She's drawn to visionaries, especially in chaotic and energetic settings. With her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, Sarah now dedicates her time to supporting non-profits, helping transition passion into a lasting legacy.​

Within the industry Sarah is known as a Jack-of-All trades. From running successful 400 person galas, producing dinner theatres, running a boutique, sitting on a BIA, spending countless hours on boards, bookkeeping, strategic planning, building websites, setting up CRM systems, interior design, construction, and leading teams of individuals, she has seen quite a lot. Her willingness to learn new markets and skills has made her adaptable to suits the needs of your non-profit/charity.
Sarah Miller B.A.
Sarah Miller lives in Hamilton with her husband and two young children. She grew up internationally on the
mission-field, moving to Canada at the age of 11.
Sarah developed her love of writing, and gifting in detail-orientation, throughout university and various work in the years following. While she currently leans into the joys of motherhood, and takes on the challenges, Sarah also looks forward to using her skills to assist your teams in communications and copy-editing.
